Shipping Time: Starts after preparation and varies based on the selected shipping method and final location.

Be aware that orders are finalized by (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.

Expect potential delays during high-demand periods and sale events.

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The overall projected delivery time includes both preparation and transit periods.

Delivery Delays

Should your package not reach you in 45 days, we will provide a full refund. In case of any hold-ups, please reach out for clarification. Our commitment is to respond within 12 hours. Your patience and ongoing patronage are deeply valued.

If your package status indicates ‘delivered’ but it’s nowhere in sight, begin by inspecting around your property. If still unresolved, contact the shipping provider using the details from our dispatch confirmation email. If the problem continues, please contact our support at [email protected].
