ORDER MODIFICATIONS & EXCHANGES

  • Ensure you review your order details – including size, design, and quantity – before finalizing. We’re swift in processing, which means we cannot entertain returns or exchanges due to mistakes in selection or address details.
  • If you’ve made an error, there’s a 6-hour window post-purchase to cancel and reorder. For guidance before placing an order, reach out. Your satisfaction is paramount to us.

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • A 6-hour window is available from the time of order placement for cancellation.
  • If you exceed this time frame, we might have already processed or shipped your order.
  • A fee of 10% of the total order value applies to cancellations. To initiate, contact [email protected].

RETURN & REFUND

Return Duration: Items can be returned within a 30-day window from delivery. After this, orders are assumed accepted and ineligible for refunds.

Eligibility for Return: Your item may be returned if:

  • It’s damaged on arrival.
  • It differs from the ordered design or size.
  • Material is not as described.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • Product description isn’t consistent with the received item.

Return Conditions:

  • Return items in original condition and packaging.
  • Items shouldn’t be worn, washed, or altered.
  • Any defects shouldn’t be from your end unless it’s our mistake.
  • Original tags should remain attached.
  • Minor issues like extraneous threads won’t qualify for return.

Required Proof:

  • Shipping label or receipt.
  • Purchase evidence.
  • Defective item documentation.
  • Relevant email screenshots.

Return Process:

  • Forward your refund request with necessary proofs to [email protected].
  • Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days.
  • Follow-up will be based on case specifics. Only returns with prior email confirmation will be entertained.

Shipping Costs for Returns: Return shipping costs are on the customer and are not refundable.

Refund Duration: Allow 2 business days post-return for refund processing. You’ll be informed via email, and we’ll refund the entire amount, inclusive of original shipping fees.

Refund Delays: If a refund hasn’t shown:

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card provider. Refunds may take time to reflect.
  • If unresolved, email [email protected]. We’ll respond within 2-3 business days.
