New Balance teamed up with the Taiwanese retailer and Japanese menswear brand to create the INVINCIBLE x N.HOOLYWOOD x 2002R ‘Grey’ in October 2020. Inspired by past collaborations, the shoe’s upper includes a military-inspired ripstop construction, overlaid by hairy suede. ‘New Balance’ and ‘2002R’ appear on either side of the forefoot, while underfoot, an NERGY midsole provides cushioning, giving way to a black rubber outsole for traction.
